Ingredients
(6 Servings):
- 1.0 frozen 9 inch pie
shell
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 cups skim milk
- 3.0 egg, beaten
- 6 tsp all purpose flour
- 1/2 Lbs. fat-free Swiss
cheese, shredded
- 6.0 slice cooked bacon,
crumbled
- 1/2 cups onion\cooked,
chopped
- 1 tsp unsalted butter
Cooking
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Melt butter in a heavy
nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Saute onion 5 minutes, or
until tender.
- Transfer onion and next 3
ingredients to a bowl. Combine eggs, milk,
and nutmeg in another bowl.
- Season with salt to taste
and stir in onion mixture.
- Pour into pie shell and
bake 25-35 minutes, or until center is
set.>6 pans
