Ham Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 2.0 egg, lightly beaten

  • 3.0 slice cooked ham, cut into strips

  • 1 tsp unsalted butter

 

Cooking Directions:

  • Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat.

  • Saute ham strips 3-4 minutes, stirring with a wooden spoon until lightly browned.

  • Add eggs and stir 1-2 minutes, until just set. (Cooking time increases with more eggs.)
